Ingredients
- Beefsteak
- Cold water
- 2-3 tablespoons of tomatoes
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cabbage leaf
- Parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut away fat from beefsteak.
- Cut beefsteak into small portions.
- Put meat and water into saucepan with lid halfway on.
- Let simmer for 30 minutes.
- In meantime, cook potato and tomatoes.
- Dice potato, tomatoes, and onion.
- Cut carrot in half.
- After simmering beefsteak for 30 minutes, combine all ingredients into saucepan.
- Cover and let simmer for 2 hours.
- If needed, add more water.
