Ingredients
- 12 apples
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- Teacup of water
- Grated ring of a lemon
- 2 cups of milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 ounces of loaf sugar
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Prepare apples by peeling, slicing, and removing core.
- Put the apples in a saucing pan with water and add brown sugar and lemon peelings.
- Once well cooked and mashed take off the heat.
- Put the fruit at the bottom of a deep dish.
- Drizzle the milk, sugar, and egg custard onto it.
- Grate nutmeg on top.
- Bake in moderate oven and enjoy!
