Lobster Salad
Ingredients
Boiled lobster
Lettuce leaves
Shrimp
Prawns
Directions
After boiling the lobster, set aside until cold.
Remove all meat from the lobster body and tail, set coral aside for dressing.
Finely mince the lobster meat.
Add the coral to the dressing until it has a fine color.
Mix the lobster meat and the dressing together.
Once uniformly mixed, add a few crisp lettuce leaves.
Add a layer of mayonnaise to the dressing.
Garnish with lettuce, small boiled shrimp and prawns.
