Egg sauce
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of butter
4 or 5 eggs
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Directions
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Stir it into the yolks of 4 or 5 hard boiled, mashed very smooth eggs with a little cayenne pepper and salt.
