Ingredients
- Chicken pieces
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Cracker crumbs
- Hot lard
Directions
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and thoroughly wash them.
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and dip chicken pieces into it.
- Coat the chicken with rolled cracker crumbs.
- Heat hot lard in a frying pan and fry the coated chicken pieces in the hot lard until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot.
